CANMAKE, PALLADIO & KOCOSTAR PRODUCTS REVIEW

Recently received a few products from Canmake, Palladio & Kocostar and here's my review after using them:

Canmake

Canmake is a Japanese brand that offers make up products at a pocket-friendly price.

Canmake Wink Glow Eyes 02

It is a 8ml mini tube, I personally find it super small and handy which is great for travel. You have to be careful when squeezing out the gloss shadow because you may end up with too much it. Just apply a thin layer, it is creamy and shimmery that does not crease the eye makeup. I love the beautiful purple color of the eyeshadow which shine and gives an elegant look. There are 3 colors in total, I am using the color 02, if you want to find out more information on this product, please visit:

Canmake Liptint Jam 01

It is also a mini size, (4g) which is super light and convenient to put in your handbag. It is non-sticky, easy to apply and gives you a natural look. The colours actually stays on even when you are eating and drinking which means you need worry about staining!

Palladio Foundation Primer

I am super in love with Palladio foundation primer, the results is immediate! After applying it, my face instantly became smooth! I am definitely not lying, you can try it out yourself to feel the immediate results. If you want to find out more information on this product, please visit:

Palladio Liquid Concealer

I am using the Porcelain colour of Palladio Liquid Concealer which suits my skin tone, I have lighter skin tone and I find it quite handy and useful to conceal my acne scars. The price is actually very cheap, if you have a low budget you can try this concealer.

Kocostar

Kocostar is a korean brand that offers a variety of mask from head to toe.

Kocostar Cucumber Slice Mask Sheet

I have received the Cucumber Slice Mask Sheet from Kocostar which I find it unique with pieces of cucumber slices and I love light cucumber scent. It contains high levels of Vitamin C that helps to keep your skin moisturize.

[FOOD TASTING] TOBY'S THE DESSERT ASYLUM

Just by hearing the restaurant name Toby's The Dessert Asylum, one could have thought that it is a place that only serves desserts however it is more than a dessert paradise and offers a great variety of western food!

Toby's The Dessert Asylum Main Entrance

I like the american style cafe setting of  Toby's The Dessert Asylum with a bar counter that gives the great atmosphere for friends and family gathering.

We have filled our tummies with their recommended dishes:

Battered Button Mushroom

Battered Button Mushroom ($6.50) - It is very crispy and addictive and the mushroom is juicy which goes well with the tartar sauce.

Apple Chicken Sandwich

Apple Chicken Sandwich ($13.50) - to be honest, I haven had a fruit sandwich before, this a very unique sandwich that uses Focaccia Bread and contains dice apples, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, mayonnaise sauce and served with spicy and crispy fries. Overall, I think that it contains too much mayonnaise sauce and the portion of chicken is abit too little.

Chicken and Mushroom Penne

Chicken and Mushroom Penne ($12.90) - under the baked items, you can choose either baked rice or baked penne, we have choose the baked chicken and mushroom penne. This is one of my favorite dish, the mushroom is very juicy, the whole dish is not too cheesy and goes well with the chicken, garlic sauce and penne.

Smoked Duck Pizza

Smoked Duck Pizza ($16.90) - I love the thin crusted pizza topped with shiitake mushroom, crispy spring roll scattered on top of the pizza and soaked in hosin sauce.

The most interesting part comes with the desserts ! As mentioned earlier, they are a dessert paradise that offers a great variety of mouth-watering desserts!

Bar Counter Displayed Desserts

I noticed that some of the desserts are displayed at the bar counter however they are not on the menu, so you can also take a look at the bar counter for more desserts options.

Cuppa Misu

Cuppa Misu ($7.90) - A very cute designed of tiramisu served in a cup.

Seek Asylum

Seek Asylum ($15.90) - A unique dessert with the perfect combination of Macadamia Ice cream, Mocha almond ice cream with cookies and Bailey's Irish cream.

Molten Lava

Molten Lava ($11.90) - This is my favorite dessert, chocolate lava cake with warm chocolate lava oozing out and served together with vanilla ice-cream.
