FOOD TO EAT WHEN YOU ARE HAVING PERIOD, FEELING BLOATED OR NAUSEA

PERIOD.

Girls we all know it, every month when we experience period,
we will feel uncomfortable, nausea and weak. Some even experience several
cramps like me, some food that I will take to solve this problem :

JACOBS LOW SALT HI-FIBRE BISCUIT
PURE GINGER SLICE / GINGER DRINK 



Hot Milo gives you energy and will help you to reduce cramps, alternatively, 
you can drink hot chocolate or eat some dark chocolate. Ginger Slice / Ginger Drink 
helps you let the air from your stomach out and reduce bloatedness.

MOST IMPORTANTLY is to GET ENOUGH SLEEP.
As we are losing large amount of blood during period, its is extremely important for
us to get enough sleep to keep us energized.
